- TEACH: Both in the classroom—where she worked for more than 15 years as an elementary educator, curriculum developer, and program director, and out- Tracy believes that her job is to advocate for her students’ highest potential and encourage them in reaching this goal.
- RELATE: In the many twists of her career path and the various hats she wears, Tracy endeavors to build ties. As an instructor, she seeks to connect with her students and their families and to empower them to strengthen their own relationships with friends and family in order that together they may create a life-giving community.
- ALLY: Tracy boldly champions those who believe themselves to be on the fringes, as she did working for many years as an advocate for children victimized by abuse, people looking to build families through adoption, and senior citizens seeking to not be limited by age.
