Registration Guide for Parents
Step-by-Step Process
- Take the Swim Level Test: Determine the correct swim class level for your child.
- Choose a Class Time: Select a class time that fits your schedule.
- Register & Sign Waivers: Complete the registration process and sign necessary waivers.
- Create Family Portal: Set up your family portal to manage enrollments.
- Enroll in More Classes: Use your portal to enroll in additional classes.
Detailed Instructions
- Determine Your Child's Swim Level:
- Click the action button that best describes your child.
- Once the correct swim class level is generated, all available class times will be listed at the bottom of the page.
- Select a Class Time:
- Click on the "Register" or "Wait List" hyperlink next to the class session that best fits your schedule.
- Fill Out and Submit the Registration Form:
- Complete the form to create and use your new family portal for enrolling in classes.
- Set Up Your Family Portal:
- Watch the Tutorial Video: Learn how to set up your "Family Portal."
- Read & E-sign Policies and Waivers: Must be signed annually.
- Enroll or Wait List: Enroll in the class session of your choice or add yourself to the waitlist.
- Add Siblings: Add other family members and enroll them in classes.
- Pay Fees: Pay your "Summer Registration" fee plus class tuition via your Family Portal.
- Important: Do not submit a second registration form for additional students. This will create a duplicate account. Instead, add additional students in your portal.
Class Capacity and Waitlist
- Max Capacity: When classes are at max capacity, the "Register" link will turn into a "Wait List" link.
- Waitlist Full: Once the waitlist is full, the class sessions will no longer appear as an enrollment option.
- No Schedule Appears: If no schedule appears at the bottom of a class page, please:
