Advanced Swimmer
Ages: 5-Adult
Prerequisites: To enroll in Advanced your swimmer must be able to swim Freestyle with side breath (160 ft.), Backstroke (120 ft.), Breaststroke (80 ft.) and Butterfly (40 ft.).
Description:
In Advanced, your swimmer will learn various skills associated with competitive swimming, stroke refinement and introduce some of the life saving strokes. All Advanced classes are drill and technique-oriented. In this course, your swimmer will practice the following skills each lesson:
Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly refinement
- Endurance Swimming
- Racing Dive
- Flip Turns & Open Turns
- Timing
- Individual Medley
- Treading Water
