Swim Level Test | Class Schedules | Registration

Welcome to Radiant Swim School! Follow the steps below to find your swimmer's level, create your Family Portal and enroll in classes.

FIND LEVEL → REGISTER → CREATE PORTAL → ADD SWIMMERS → ENROLL → PAY

Start with our Swim Level Test.

Select the answer that best describes your swimmer. Once the correct swim level is generated, available class options for that level will appear at the bottom of the page.

Next to each available class session, you will see one of the following:

Register — Space is currently available in the class. Select Register to begin your family's registration.

Wait List — The class is currently full, but space remains on the waitlist. Select Wait List to begin registration and join the waitlist.

No Classes Listed — All scheduled classes and waitlists at this level are currently full. Call or text 817-243-SWIM (7946) to see if scheduling allows us to create an additional class at this level.

Complete the Registration Form to create ONE Family Portal for your family.

As part of creating your Family Portal, you will:

• Create your secure account
• Review and acknowledge current Radiant Swim School policies
• Electronically sign required waivers

Your policies and waivers must be reviewed and acknowledged each swim season.

Once your Family Portal is created, add any additional swimmers in your family directly through your portal.

IMPORTANT: Do not complete another Registration Form for siblings or additional swimmers. Doing so may create a duplicate family account.

Use your Family Portal to enroll each swimmer in the appropriate class or join an available waitlist.

Remember:

REGISTER = Creating your family's account and Family Portal.

ENROLL = Placing a specific swimmer into a specific class.

After enrolling your swimmer(s), review your account balance and complete payment through your Family Portal.

Enrollment selects your class. Payment secures your spot.

All class tuition and applicable registration fees are due at the time of enrollment. Payment in full or an owner-approved payment arrangement is required to secure your swimmer's spot.

Creating your Family Portal does not automatically process payment.

Class sizes are intentionally limited.

When a class reaches capacity, the Register link changes to Wait List.

When both the class and its waitlist are full, that class will no longer appear as an enrollment option.

If no classes appear for your swimmer's level, all currently scheduled classes and waitlists at that level are full. Call or text 817-243-SWIM (7946) to see if scheduling allows us to create an additional class at that level.

Forgot your password? Select RESET PASSWORD and follow the prompts.

Your Family Portal allows you to manage your swimmers and enrollments, review your account, make payments, and view, read or print your policies and waivers.

During swim season, we spend most of our day teaching and in the water—not at a computer. Email and Family Portal messages are not regularly monitored and should not be used for questions or time-sensitive communication.
